Vicki Duncan has transitioned to the newly created position of digital banking generalist with Hendricks County Bank & Trust Company, Brownsburg. She has been with the bank since 1989.
Duncan was already in the bank’s deposit operations department, but will now focus on ensuring seamless electronic banking services, supporting both customers and internal teams, while helping drive innovation across its digital platforms. This role focuses on optimizing the user experience of our digital banking services to ensure they are intuitive, user-friendly and accessible.
