David M. Findlay, chairman & CEO at Lake City Bank, Warsaw, celebrated 25 years with the bank this fall. He joined the bank in 2000 as executive vice president, chief financial officer, then served as president & chief financial officer from 2010-2014.
Findlay is the incoming chairman of the Indiana Bankers Association and serves on the boards of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, OrthoWorx, Orthopedic Capital Foundation, AcceLINX, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, Trine University, Parkview Regional Health Center and Centerfield Capital Partners.
He is a member of the IBA’s 2019 class of Leaders in Banking Excellence, the Association’s highest honor. Findlay earned his bachelor’s degree from DePauw University.
