Stephanie R. Leniski has been promoted to executive vice president, chief retail banking officer with Lake City Bank, Warsaw.
Her three-decade career in banking started as a teller in 1995. She joined Lake City in 2002 as vice president, branch manager; working her way up to retail banking manager of the bank’s north region; senior vice president, retail banking manager; and head of the retail banking division.
Leniski serves on the IBA’s Retail Banking Committee, secretary of the ETHOS Innovation Center board, and treasurer on the Bridges of Michiana Inc. board.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College and graduated from the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
