Rob Slusser joined GreenWay Bank, Van Wert, OH, as president and chief executive officer, effective July 14.
He has more than 30 years of banking and financial services experience, including strategic growth, market insight and collaborative leadership. Those experiences include leadership roles in retail, commercial banking, private banking and real estate lending.
Slusser serves on the boards of Arts United and Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University-Fort Wayne, graduated from the IBA Commercial Lending School and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
