Richard Laws has joined WesBanco Bank, Wheeling, W.V., as senior executive vice president, chief legal counsel.
He has more than 25 years of legal experience across private and in-house practice, the last 19 of which were also with financial institutions.
Laws earned a bachelor’s degree from Juniata College, a juris doctorate from Widener University and currently serves as an adjunct professor at Penn State Law.
