Rhonda Frank has been promoted to vice president, payroll manager. She has worked in financial services for 25 years, including seven with the bank.
Frank is Wawasee Theatre Boosters’ board treasurer and volunteers with Read United and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and holds Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional and Professional in Human Resources certifications.
