John Hendrich, director of information technology at North Salem State Bank, retired in August. He had been with the bank since 2019. Before working in the private sector, Hendrich was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard, including time serving in the Presidential Honor Guard.
ClearPoint to be acquired by Community Bank
The all-cash deal is valued at $40 million.
