Christian Gonzalez has joined Fifth Third Bank, Cincinnati, as executive vice president, chief legal officer, and a member of the bank’s enterprise management team, its senior-most governing body.
Gonzalez most recently served 15 years at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, an IBA associate member. He has extensive experience across corporate, banking and securities law, as well as mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, capital markets, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Gonzalez earned a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University-Newark and a juris doctorate from New York Law School.
