Benjamin Capper has joined Horizon Bank, Michigan City, as vice president, senior commercial loan officer with 17 years of banking experience, specializing in business banking and commercial lending.
He volunteers with Junior Achievement and recently concluded a six-year term as board president for a local nonprofit autism center.
Capper graduated from Indiana University.
