Ashley Ahrens has been promoted to senior vice president, retail operations. She joined North Salem State Bank as a teller after graduating from Purdue University in 2010, later becoming a teller trainer, branch manager and, most recently, retail operations manager.
Ahrens completed the Indiana Bankers Association’s Leadership Development Program in 2024 and is currently working through the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She was recognized as IBA’s Woman on the Rise at the 2025 Banking on Women Conference.
She is an active member of the Danville Rotary Club and volunteers with numerous community organizations.
