Amy Hackenberg has been promoted to executive vice president, regional president-Northwest Ohio, at WesBanco Bank, Wheeling, WV, which includes the bank’s Defiance, Findlay, Toledo and Fort Wayne, Indiana, markets.
The promotion is one of several changes at the bank connected to the integration of Premier Bank, Youngstown, which was finalized last year. As of Q1 2026, the combined institution had $27.5 billion in total assets, $21.7 billion in deposits, $19.1 billion in loans and $10.4 billion in trust assets under management & securities account values across a 10-state footprint.
Hackenberg joined Premier Bank in December 2015. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
