Bob is a partner in the firm’s Business, Acquisitions and Securities Practice where he provides extensive counsel in strategic transactions, including representing lenders and borrowers in secured loan transactions and joint ventures and strategic alliances in the financial institutions industry, among many others. Bob also chairs the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
