Jay Motsinger has joined NWSB, Charlestown, as relationship development officer at the bank’s new Floyds Knobs branch.
“Jay brings a proven record of service, leadership and integrity, along with a genuine care for people and the trust he’s earned across southern Indiana,” said NWSB President Syd Whitlock. “He understands what it means to do business locally—to know people by name, to listen and to build lasting relationships. His ability to connect with customers and community partners will strengthen our presence and help us better serve the Floyds Knobs area.”
Motsinger has more than two decades of experience in leadership, customer service and finance. He most recently served as vice president, finance manager and minority owner of Eddie Gilstrap Motors Inc. in Salem, where he oversaw multiple departments, implemented revenue-building strategies and helped guide the dealership to repeated recognition as one of the top Ford locations in the state. His background also includes early-career experience as a financial advisor after earning his Series 6 and Series 7 licenses.
“I am excited to have joined NWSB and to be part of establishing the Floyds Knobs branch,” Motsinger said.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Southeast.
