Nikki Hollingsworth has been promoted to assistant retail operations manager with North Salem State Bank. She has been with the bank since 2013, most recently serving as a branch manager.
In her expanded role, Hollingsworth will oversee the bank’s full suite of retail products and services, and play a key role in hiring new talent.
She serves as president of the Boone County Cancer Society Board of Directors, president of the Kiwanis Club of Lebanon, treasurer of the Lebanon Tigers Wrestling Club and is active in Boone County 4-H. She completed the IBA’s Leadership Development Program in 2021, the Boone County Leadership program in 2017 and was named Kiwanian of the Year in 2022.
