Community First Bank of Indiana, Kokomo, has promoted three of its leaders to c-suite positions. Leadership said the changes are not simply about titles and reporting lines, but represent a deliberate approach to align roles with the bank’s vision for growth, innovation and service.
Janelle Campbell has been promoted from director of consumer banking to chief consumer banking officer.
Carlonda Davis’ title has been updated from chief administrative officer to chief strategies officer.
Jonathon Malin has been promoted from director of commercial banking to chief commercial banking officer.



The bank announced three other promotions and three new hires in the final quarter of 2025.
Kiersten Clifford has been promoted from bank officer, branch manager to assistant vice president, branch manager.
Avery Ray has been promoted to training coordinator.
Whitney Burns has been promoted to bank officer and transferred to the bank’s private banking division.



Meanwhile, Megan Doster joined the bank as assistant vice president, branch manager. She has 15 years of banking experience since earning a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
Caroline Johnston has joined the bank as bank officer, assistant branch manager at its Junction Crossing banking center.
Christopher Wright has joined the bank as bank officer, assistant branch manager at the Pebble Village banking center.
