Marissa Rico has been promoted to assistant vice president, talent management officer at Lake City Bank, Warsaw. In this position, Rico is responsible for identifying, hiring and retaining employees for positions across the bank. She has been with Lake City for seven years.
Rico earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University-Fort Wayne.
