Ross Teare has joined Chase Bank, New York, as vice president-state government relations. He has more than a decade of experience in advocacy and government service, most recently serving as vice president-government relations with the IBA.
Outside the office, Teare is a high school football coach. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Butler University where he also earned a certificate in data analytics, and graduated from the IBA Leadership Development Program.
