Horizon Bank honors 4 employees for leadership

Horizon Bank, Michigan City, honored four of its bankers in September with its Beyond Ordinary Leadership Award. Sara Exum, vice president-talent management & development, was honored for her professionalism, vision and unwavering commitment to building a stronger organization. Since joining the bank in 2013, Exum has made a lasting impact by creating Horizon’s Advisor Resource Groups and developing a mentorship training program now used across multiple departments. Her work reflects her dedication to supporting others’ growth and development.
