Brad Monts celebrated 35 years with Hoosier Heartland State Bank, Crawfordsville, in August. He has spent his entire career at the bank, starting in 1990 when it was called Farmers State Bank. Monts has worked as branch manager, loan officer, chief financial officer, and is currently president, CEO and chairman of the board.
He serves as president of Indiana West Advantage and treasurer of the Montgomery County Educational Foundation, and is a member of the Montgomery County Redevelopment Commission and the Montgomery County Health & Wellness Center Board.
Monts earned his bachelor’s degree from Franklin College and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
