Timothy Mackay has been promoted to executive vice president, president of mortgage banking and bank operations for First Merchants Bank, Muncie.
He has more than 30 years of industry experience, including serving as president of Level One Bank, Farmington Hills, Michigan, before it was acquired by First Merchants in 2022.
