Susan Hargrove has been promoted to market president for Horizon Bank, Michigan City’s Hamilton County market. She joined the bank in 2013, most recently serving as vice president, commercial group manager. With more than 20 years of banking experience, including team leadership and community engagement.
“Susan’s leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to our clients and communities make her an excellent fit for this role,” said Robert Avery, the bank’s regional president for Central Indiana. “We are excited to see her continue to grow and strengthen our presence in Hamilton County.”
Hargrove will focus on expanding Horizon’s footprint throughout Hamilton County and the northeastern suburbs, while continuing to build strong client relationships and support local economic growth.
She is a past president of the Indianapolis chapter of IndyCREW and currently sits on the board of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Real Estate Advisory Board.
Hargrove earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
