Sean Horning has been promoted to financial center director for The Farmers Bank, Frankfort.
He has five years of banking experience. Most recently, he served as assistant branch manager.
Horning earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
ClearPoint to be acquired by Community Bank
