Ryan Neese has been promoted to first vice president, data strategy manager at Lake City Bank, Warsaw. He develops and executes data strategy for the bank and works with the bank’s line of business leaders to address their data needs and collaborates on data-driven relationship management and marketing initiatives.
Neese serves on several bank committees, including the bank’s Strategy and Innovation Committee. He has been with the bank for 16 years.
Neese is a Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana board member serving Kosciusko and Whitley counties and teaches Junior Achievement classes.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from North Central University and an MBA with a focus on finance and accounting from American Intercontinental University.
