Michelle Carrera joined Generations Community Bank, Indianapolis, as chief compliance officer and chief risk officer. She has 12 years of financial services experience, including consumer compliance, regulatory affairs and enterprise risk management.
Carrera serves on the board of Pathstone Indiana and volunteers with Holy Family Shelter. She was named a 2024 Global Women’s Leadership Network Scholar and a member of the IBJ’s 2026 Class of Forty Under 40.
Carrera earned a bachelor’s degree from Excelsior University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
