Mark Ulyas has joined Horizon Bank, Michigan City, as vice president, wealth investment portfolio officer with more than 25 years of experience including portfolio construction, fiduciary trust administration and client relationship management.
Ulyas earned a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and an MBA from Duquesne University.
