Josh Birky has been promoted to become an officer of 1st Source Bank, South Bend. He joined the bank as a business banker in December 2025 with 12 years of banking experience, including 10 years in a previous tenure with 1st Source.
In the community, Birky has a strong history of community leadership in Kouts. He has been involved in various municipal, church, and other community roles.
Birky holds a bachelor’s degree from Grace College.
