Erin Morris has been promoted to director of human resources for STAR Bank, Fort Wayne. She has been with the bank for a year.

In her expanded role, she will oversee workforce planning, compensation, HR operations, benefits and wellness, talent acquisition, and the overall employee experience, while partnering closely with Learning and Development to support the bank’s long-term workforce needs.
Morris has nearly 20 years of human resources leadership experience, including talent acquisition, workforce planning and employee relations. Her career began in banking, with early experience as a teller at Standard Federal Bank, Troy, MI, and 1st Source Bank, South Bend.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University.
