Eric Palmer has been promoted to director of strategic initiatives at STAR Bank, Fort Wayne. He has been with the bank since 2024.
In his new position, Palmer will coordinate enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and work closely with the bank’s executive team and strategic planning committee in support of its top objectives, maintaining momentum across departments and effectively managing risk.
