Belinda “Billi” Bruner has joined JCBank, Seymour, as vice president-human resources. She has more than 25 years of experience in management, human resources and financial services.
Bruner holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University, completed the Graduate School of Banking HR Management Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
