Austin Kramer has been promoted to assistant vice president, financial planning & analysis manager with Horizon Bank, Michigan City.
He joined the bank in April 2025 as a senior financial planning & analysis analyst. Since that time, Kramer has played a key role in supporting the finance team as well as the bank overall in management reporting, liquidity monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, stress testing and interest rate risk modeling.
“Austin is a highly self-motivated performer and a quick learner,” said Prasad Varma, senior vice president & director of finance. “Despite being new to the bank, he embraced additional responsibilities with a positive attitude and successfully implemented new processes while identifying meaningful enhancements for the team.
