Three leaders have announced their pending retirements from 1st Source Bank, South Bend.
- Larry Mayers, group head of business banking, will retire on April 10 after 19 years of service.
- Ron Zeltwanger, group head of community banking, will retire on May 31 after 25 years of service.
- Bill Burton, president of the bank’s East Region, will retire on June 30 after 34 years of service.



The executives’ successors have already been announced:
- Shelli Workman has been promoted to group head of business banking.
- Daniel Conroy has been promoted to group head of personal banking.
- Sean Kearns has been promoted to president of the bank’s East Region.
- Workman most recently served as president of the bank’s Central and Michigan regions. That position is being split across two new regional presidents with Jim Martindale leading the Central Region and Todd Obren heading up the Michigan Region.
