Riddell National Bank, Brazil, purchased another bank’s former branch in Rockville and announced in July plans to re-open it as part of Riddell early next year.
This marks the bank’s first branch in Parke County in its 140-year history.
ClearPoint to be acquired by Community Bank
The all-cash deal is valued at $40 million.
