Lake City Bank, Warsaw, in July, acquired a property at 6388 Mills Dr. in Whitestown. The bank will renovate the existing structure into a full-service branch, expected to open next year.
The acquisition marks an expansion of the bank’s footprint into Boone County and its 10th office in the Indianapolis region. Work will begin later this year.
