First Financial Bank, Cincinnati, donated $4.6 million and 16,300 volunteer hours in 2025.
The bank also partnered with communities in its footprint for a spring book drive to promote financial literacy that collected 5,726 books that were then donated to local schools, libraries and nonprofit organizations, and a fall food drive that collected more than 9,800 items.
2025 was the second year of the bank’s five-year Community Benefits Agreement. Leadership reports investing $1.1 billion in low- and moderate-income communities, nearly halfway to the initiative’s $2.4 billion goal.
