Ashley DeCamp has been promoted to assistant vice president, bank operations manager with GreenWay Bank, Van Wert, Ohio. She joined the bank in 2023 as a business solutions manager.
“Ashley has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, deep operational knowledge, and a genuine commitment to both our business and general banking customers,” said Juli Eckel, chief retail and operations officer. “This promotion reflects her hard work and the positive impact she has made across the organization. We are very excited to see Ashley step into this expanded role.”
In her new position, she will oversee daily bank operations at her branch, drive process improvements and work to emphasize community engagement.

DeCamp has 17 years of community banking experience and holds both the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and National Check Professional (NCP) certifications.
