John Rybicki has joined Horizon Bank, Michigan City, as vice president, senior commercial loan officer with more than 20 years of commercial lending experience. He will focus on building and maintaining relationships with commercial clients, structuring and negotiating loan terms, and providing expertise in commercial real estate financing.
Rybicki is an active member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Thomas More Parish in Munster, and dedicates his time to volunteering and coaching youth sports in the northwest Indiana community. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University in Chicago.
