Rob Cochrane has joined Community First Bank of Indiana, Kokomo, as assistant vice president, commercial lender.
He serves as board president of the Tipton Main Street Association. Cochrane earned a bachelor’s degree from Taylor University.

The all-cash deal is valued at $40 million.
