Community First Bank of Indiana, Kokomo, announced in January that two branch managers would be promoted to vice presidents, as well as their successors at their branches.
Virgil Kessler has been promoted to vice president, retail operations administrator. He has 35 years of banking industry experience, including five with CFB, most recently serving as a branch manager on Dixon Road.
Ryan Pettit has been promoted to vice president, consumer lending manager. He has 20 years of banking industry experience, including four with CFB, most recently serving as a branch manager in downtown Kokomo. In his new position, he will oversee the strategic direction, management and performance of the bank’s consumer lending portfolio.
Nikki McMain has been hired as vice president, branch manager for the bank’s downtown Kokomo branch. She has 15 years of banking industry experience.
Brittany Davis will transition from managing the bank’s Junction Crossing branch to assistant vice president, branch manager on Dixon Road. She has been with the bank for four years.
