Jim Martindale has been promoted to president of the Central Region for 1st Source Bank, South Bend.
He joined the bank in 2020 as a commercial relationship manager, most recently serving as commercial and business banking manager. Martindale has more than two decades of banking experience and has been heavily involved in the bank’s manufacturing and small business areas.
He serves on the board of the Studebaker Museum and holds a degree from Bethel College.
