Daniel Conroy has been promoted to group head of personal banking at 1st Source Bank, South Bend. He has been with the bank for 19 years, starting as a corporate trainee and most recently serving as consumer and mortgage lending manager.
Conroy serves on the boards of the Community Homebuyer Corporation and Christ the King School Athletic Committee, and coaches softball and little league teams.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at University of Notre Dame, holds a Lean Certification and graduated from Leadership South Bend/Mishawaka.
