David Smith will retire from his duties as president of STAR Bank’s Columbia City market, on April 30. He has been with the Fort Wayne-headquartered bank for 35 years.
Smith serves on the Whitley County School District board and has previously served on the boards of Whitley County Economic Development, Whitley County Community Foundation, Whitely County United Way and many more.
