J. Craig Buse was promoted to president & CEO of Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company, Jasper, effective Jan. 1 upon the retirement of Jamie R. Shinabarger.
He serves on the boards of Radius Indiana, Dubois Strong and the Southwestern Indiana Child Advocacy Center Coalition.
Buse earned both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Capella University, completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Dubois County Leadership Academy, and was awarded the Rising Star award from the Independent Community Bankers of America in 2009.
