“Our clients’ needs continue to drive our growth into new and existing markets,” said Michael J. Messaglia, managing partner of Krieg DeVault LLP. “Fort Wayne is the second-largest market in Indiana, and having a local presence is part of the firm’s long-term growth strategy. Through our firm’s strategic vision, we strive to deliver exceptional and innovative service to our clients whenever and wherever they need us. The professionals at Rothberg share the same philosophy as Krieg DeVault in ensuring we provide our clients with responsive and high-quality service that helps them reach their goals. It is an honor to combine the strengths of our two firms to establish a stronger presence in northern Indiana.”

Rothberg now operates under the Krieg DeVault name.

The move marks the second by Krieg DeVault within the past year, following its combination with Fuchs & Roselli Ltd., Chicago, in January 2025. Krieg has additional offices in Carmel, Crown Point and Mishawaka.
