Kim Strawbridge has been promoted to first vice president, retail banking regional manager. She has been with the bank for 16 years.
Strawbridge is a board member of United Way of Whitley and Kosciusko Counties, serves as an ambassador and lunch buddy with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana and volunteers with Wawasee School Corporation as a co-coordinator for Boomerang Backpacks.
