Karen Francis has been promoted to first vice president, retail banking regional manager. She has been with the bank for 41 years.
Francis is board treasurer for the Mentone Chamber of Commerce, a member of Wheels of Fire Cancer Crusaders and Mentone-Akron Kiwanis, and volunteers with Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity.
