Former community banker turned digital strategist Eric Cook was named 2024 Agency of the Year by WSI and 2024 Franchisee of the Year by the International Franchise Association for his outstanding leadership and impact in helping banks navigate the digital world.
He spent 15 years in community banking before moving into digital marketing in 2007 as CEO and chief digital strategist for Cook Technology Solutions, a franchise of the WSI global digital agency network.
Cook facilitates IBA’s marketing forum and is a faculty member for the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
